Jaffe Management will facilitate and prepare for Board Meetings, to include providing meeting agendas and schedules, meeting minutes, and following through on tasks established at your meetings. Everyone means well when they collaborate at a meeting, but without proper follow-up and support volunteers will quickly lose interest. Your volunteers shouldn't feel that they are alone - our staff will ensure that they have the tools every day to get their projects completed.

Volunteer Recruitment

Jaffe Management’s role in your organization is to get the work done on a daily basis, but we know that an organization is only as good as its governing board. We will work with your current board, or help you to identify and recruit the right board members to lead your organization. Working with your board of directors, we will identify the best structure for your organization and then make sure those volunteers stay engaged.

Though our primary service is full management, we are also happy to provide any of our individual services à la carte.
